Community Outreach

This cohort focuses on community involvement and collaboration with local organizations and government. They lead events, fundraisers, and projects that strive to better the community and allow our members to gain experience in a variety of fields. This is the Team behind our City Council collaborations and the inner workings of Tigers Inc. in our community. We’re always looking for new partnerships and opportunities!

Monarch Pledge
Working with LHS Green Team and Mrs. Nkhata to renew the Mayor’s Monarch Pledge, presented at a City Council Meeting, we made flyers to handout at the meeting and have organized which actions of the pledge will be renewed or discontinued.

3's For Life
We partner with Jarvis Global Investments to help out the Loveland LIFE Food Pantry during the basketball season. In past years, we have gotten 2000-3000 cans donated, along with large sums of money. We sell towels at games, host half-court shots, present fun prizes and rewards to donors, hold competitions, and much more to raise funds and collect supplies for the less fortunate.

Alumni
Alumni have the opportunity to come in and speak about their college life and how Tinc has helped. We have gained valuabale insight into how we can expand tinc into the college world. We also works to keep them looped into new movement within the group.

Middle School Showcase
Our team, every other Friday, goes down to the middle school to lead a Tigers 101 class teaching skills on leadership, soft skills, Email etiquette, and drawing interest in the class. Additionally, at the end of a lesson we teach, a game is always involved that focuses on personal skills and collaboration with others.

PSA and Guest Speakers
Bringing in guest speakers consisting of TInc alumni, college professors, and teachers of Loveland. Though these speakers the class has learn about the college life, the business world, and what it look like to live out skills leaned in TInk.

Dodgeball
The past few years Tinc has put on the loveland high school dodgeball tournament. This raised both money and awareness for our Tinc group.

Find Your Stripes
This event connects popular high school classes and clubs with elementary school students to allow them to get a taste for what high school is like and get them excited for their future.

Loveland Legacy
We have worked with the Loveland Legacy Foundation over the years, starting in 2021, to help market their annual end-of-year dinner. We have helped advertise these events through their social media and with local businesses in the community. These dinners help fundraise for the foundation, and give back to the community of Loveland, ultimately raising over $2,000 each year.
